These Terms of Service govern your use of BetReset. BetReset is made and operated by Hazcott Systems, a trading name of Hazcott Limited. By using BetReset, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

About BetReset

BetReset is a gambling harm-reduction and recovery support app. It is designed to help users create pauses, use blocking tools, and reset after high-risk moments.

BetReset does not provide gambling, betting, casino games, odds, wagers, deposits, payouts, gambling transactions, simulated gambling, contests, or loot boxes.

Not Medical, Financial, or Crisis Advice

BetReset is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, therapy, professional counselling, financial advice, debt advice, legal advice, or crisis support. The app is a self-help and wellbeing tool.

If gambling is causing serious harm, debt, distress, or risk to your safety, contact a qualified professional, a trusted support service, emergency services, or a local gambling support organisation.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to use BetReset lawfully and responsibly. You are responsible for:

• Your decisions and actions while using the app
• Seeking professional support where appropriate
• Keeping your device and Apple ID secure
• Using any lock, cooldown, or recovery feature in a way that suits your situation

BetReset Pro Subscriptions

BetReset may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscription options, prices, durations, free trials, and offers are shown in the app before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.

BetReset Pro features may include stronger protection tools such as unlock cooldown, Panic Lock, and Recovery Plan. We may update, improve, add, or remove features over time, while aiming to preserve the core purpose of the app.

Restore Purchases

If you have an active subscription, you can use Restore Purchases in the app to recover access on a supported device using the same Apple ID.

Availability

We aim to keep BetReset available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the app or every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every individual situation.

Intellectual Property

BetReset, including its design, branding, text, features, and related materials, is owned by Hazcott Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the app except as allowed by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BetReset is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using BetReset at any time. We may suspend or end access to the app if you misuse it, violate these terms, or if we need to protect the app, other users, or our services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
